It consists of 17 floors, of 50 flats, five villas And some commercial offices.

El-Nasr Building in Niamey – Niger

It consists of 12 floors and it is considered the highest building in Niamey.

EXIM Bank Building in Dar Essalam – Tanzania

It is Administrative Building rented to the bank and companies

These investments, worth around 42 million pounds as follows: 11 million capital value of overseas branches .. And Immeuble of Abidjan is 25 million pounds .. Niger Immeuble is 6 million pounds according to balance sheet of the year 2009/2010.
